Avril Lavigne has revealed "The Greatest Hits Tour," a 27-date headline tour across the US and Canada. This long-awaited tour will find the singer performing her unforgettable and iconic discography of pop punk songs. The tour will begin with a run of west coast dates in late May. Mid-August will mark the start of a second leg that will see performances in locations throughout the Midwest and East Coast. And yes, the tour includes a stop right here in Ridgefield, Washington!

Her discography includes diamond-certified (Canada) and septuple platinum (U.S.) Let Go [2002], quintuple-platinum (Canada) and triple-platinum (U.S.) Under My Skin [2004], double-platinum The Best Damn Thing [2007], gold-selling Goodbye Lullaby [2011], gold-selling Avril Lavigne [2013], and Head Above Water [2019]. Lavigne's seventh studio album, "Love Sux," was released in 2022. It was made with support from Machine Gun Kelly and Travis Barker. That same year, she received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

In an interview, she told USA TODAY that it felt nice to "get back" to an old sound. "It was so much fun to get back into that sense of wanting to rock out," Lavigne said of working on the new record, which arrived in various formats, including cassettes. "I didn't really overthink anything. I got together with people who understood me in this genre and we complemented each other so well."
